Explicit Consent

This Explicit Consent Notice is presented separately from the Data Protection Notice. Where processing relies on explicit consent, consent must be specific, informed and freely given. Users may choose whether to consent to marketing communications, non-essential cookies or other processing that is not necessary to provide the requested service. Refusal of optional consent will not be made a condition for access to essential services. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Consent choices are collected separately through the relevant form or cookie preference mechanism.
